Ms. Erin Henry, the State of Oklahoma’s representative to the SEARCH Membership Group, has moved onto the SEARCH Board of Directors, effective December 19, 2022. She fills a vacancy left by former Missouri Member, Major David A. (Tony) Flannigan.
Major Flannigan had served on the SEARCH Membership Group since 2017 and on the SEARCH Board since 2021. He resigned from the Membership and Board following his recent appointment to serve as Assistant Superintendent of the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Ms. Henry will serve the remainder of Major Flannigan’s two-year Board term, which expires in July 2023.
Ms. Henry is Division Director, Information Services, in the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, and has been a SEARCH Member since her appointment by Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt in June 2021. The Information Services Division maintains the state’s criminal history repository, conducts record searches for public and criminal justice agencies, and reports crime data, among other responsibilities.
The 15-member SEARCH Board of Directors, selected by the full Membership Group, provides general oversight and translates corporate goals and objectives into program directives and operating policies.
