Scott Came

Mr. Scott M. Came is Director of Systems and Technology for SEARCH, The National Consortium for Justice Information and Statistics, where he develops and directs activities and manages staff under the National Technical Assistance Program, a multifaceted program of information technology services for the nation's justice and public safety communities to assist their efforts to develop, operate, secure, and improve information-sharing and identification systems, and to achieve interagency data exchange. These services include technical assistance, training, and conference and workshop development.

Andrew Owen

Mr. Andrew T. Owen is a Justice Information Systems Specialist for SEARCH, The National Consortium for Justice Information and Statistics, where he works on several projects focused on the development of integrated justice information systems planning and implementation, including the Global Justice XML Data Model (GJXDM) and the Justice Information Exchange Model (JIEM®). Mr. Owen provides training, technical assistance, and research to state, local, tribal, and Federal jurisdictions nationwide. His expertise includes planning and implementation of information sharing solutions, development of standards for information sharing, and technical architecture development.

Ms. Shawna Warneke is an Administrative Assistant for SEARCH, The National Consortium for Justice Information and Statistics, where she provides administrative and program support to the Systems and Technology Program, including tracking, organizing, and coordinating program activities; preparing general correspondence; preparing required reports for granting agencies; and coordinating Programs Division on-site and in-house technical assistance requests.
