SEARCH is seeking Sponsors for its upcoming 2018 Winter Membership Group Meeting in Birmingham.

The 2-hour Reception gives Sponsors an excellent opportunity to interact with SEARCH Members and other attendees in a casual, informal setting.

SEARCH charges a $395 Observer registration fee for non-government attendees.  We waive this fee for all attending representatives of sponsoring companies.

About SEARCH

SEARCH, The National Consortium for Justice Information and Statistics, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization governed by a Membership Group of governor appointees from the 50 States, the District of Columbia, and the territories. A 15-member Board of Directors is elected by, and leads, the SEARCH Membership Group.

The SEARCH Membership meets twice a year to discuss and strategize on key policy, operational and technical issues that impact the information sharing/management responsibilities of local, state and tribal justice and public safety agencies. They then speak as a consensus voice of the States on those issues, through policy statements and resolutions that bring state concerns to national attention.

SEARCH supports the information sharing, interoperability, communications, information technology, high-tech crime investigative and criminal records systems needs of State, local and tribal justice and public safety agencies and practitioners nationwide.

With the Membership Group’s direction and oversight, the work of SEARCH is delivered through tailored policy, operational and technical assistance, hands-on training, online resources and tools, and the use of national data sharing models and standards that SEARCH helped develop.

Funding for SEARCH activities is provided by annual fees from Member States for the operation of the consortium and Board of Directors; grants from various federal agencies; state grants; and federal, state and local contracts.
