SEARCH Welcomes New Virgin Islands Member
Ms. Giselle C. Richardson was appointed to the SEARCH Membership Group on September 5, 2006. Ms. Richardson is Criminal Justice Records Improvement Director for the Law Enforcement Planning Commission, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands. She was appointed by Governor Charles Wesley Turnbull, who was elected Governor of the U.S. Virgin Islands in 1998.

“We’re certainly pleased to welcome Ms. Richardson to the SEARCH Membership, and look forward to her valuable expertise and participation,” said Mr. Ronald P. Hawley, Executive Director of SEARCH.

Prior to her present position, Ms. Richardson was Criminal Justice Records Improvement Coordinator/CJIS Systems Officer for the Law Enforcement Planning Commission, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands; and Federal Consistency Coordinator for the Department of Planning and Natural Resources/Division of Coastal Zone Management, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands.

Ms. Richardson has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, and a master’s degree in Computer Resources and Information Systems from Webster University-Space Coast Campus, Merritt Island, Florida.
