Rate: $117 per night, plus tax (approx. 16.75%)

Hotel Reservation Cut-Off Date: November 23, 2009
To reserve a room:
- Use the hotel's NICS conference web page, OR
- Call toll-free at 1-888-421-1442 and mention that you are attending the NICS Improvement Amendments Act Conference.
REMINDER: The cut-off date to make reservations and receive the discounted rate is November 23, 2009.
SEARCH will reimburse your actual sleeping room expense up to $117 per night plus tax (approx. 16.75%). You must stay at the Hyatt Regency San Antonio - Riverwalk to be reimbursed, and your hotel receipt is required for reimbursement. If you choose to stay in San Antonio before or after the conference dates, the additional dates will be at your expense.
Air Travel
Each conference attendee should make their-own air travel arrangements for travel to and from San Antonio. (See SEARCH Travel Reimbursement Policy for requirements and restrictions.)Airport Information: The San Antonio International Airport is located approximately 25 minutes from the hotel.
Ground Transportation
Ground transportation to/from the San Antonio International Airport and the Hyatt Regency San Antonio - Riverwalk is by airport shuttle on SATRANS Airport Express. Airport shuttles depart from the airport every 15 minutes from 7 am until 1:30 am daily. Shuttle tickets are sold at the baggage claim area, at Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. Shuttle prices are $32 round-trip or $18 one-way.Return shuttle service from the Hyatt Regency to the Airport is through appointment:
