Advanced Training Workshops

SEARCH and the Office of Community Oriented Policing Services are committed to helping recipients of COPS 2007 Technology Program grants prepare for success!

Grantees are invited to attend a two-day Advanced Training Workshop on special interest topics. These workshops are open only to 2007 grant recipients.

The workshop will provide grantees with an opportunity to network with other agencies that are also working on COPS-funded technology projects. The advanced topics addressed will help COPS Technology grant recipients manage their initiatives over the long-term, build interagency response capabilities, and make the most of technologies chosen to improve information sharing and communications interoperability. Presentations will be combined with hands-on assistance to provide help on specific issues being faced.
