Cancellation/Substitution Policy Cancellation requests must be in writing and received (NOT POSTMARKED) no later than March 1, 2006. Registration fees minus a $75 handling fee will be refunded. Refunds will be made in the same form of payment as originally received. If the cancellation is not received by March 1, 2006, the registration fee will be forfeited. Registration may be transferred to a member of your agency/institution and must be received in writing via email to Laura DeOrio, Events Manager, at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to March 6, 2006.
