Kendall Neal Mr. Neal became Criminal Intelligence Unit Manager for the Nashville, Tennessee-based Regional Organized Crime Information Center (ROCIC) in 2005, where he is responsible for creating new resources and partnerships with law enforcement agencies. Mr. Neal began his career with the Davidson County (Tennessee) Sheriff’s Office and he has served in the law enforcement community for the past 13 years. In 1995, Mr. Neal began work in the Criminal Intelligence Unit (CIU) at ROCIC, an organization composed of criminal justice agencies in the southeastern and southwestern United States working together to combat multijurisdictional criminal activities. Mr. Neal’s duties as Senior Intelligence Specialist included serving as the agency TAC, developing information resources, and managing the Homicide, Unidentified Bodies and Missing Persons program, as well as processing intelligence requests.
Mr. Neal holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Belmont University in Nashville. He has completed many specialized training courses, including Criminal Intelligence Analysis. He also has served on the Board for the Tennessee Gang Investigators Association and currently sits on the Intelligence Working Group for the Tennessee Fusion Center and the Committee for Property Recovery Legislation.
