Gregory M. Phoenix Mr. Phoenix is Vice President of xFact, Inc., a systems integration firm with a mission to provide value-based business and technology services to the public sector community.
Mr. Phoenix has several years of information technology experience with human-computer interaction, software engineering, systems development and project management in both the public and private sectors. He has deep experience in developing technology solutions for the criminal justice community, and has worked extensively with local, state, and federal criminal justice agencies. He led the development and implementation of one of the nation’s first biometric electronic firearms licensing and sales system, and has been responsible for other successful projects recognized by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the International Association of Chiefs of Police, Government Technology magazine, and Computer World.
Prior to xFact, Mr. Phoenix held positions with Deloitte Consulting and GTE, where he led and collaborated on projects related to application development and usability. He graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Psychology.
