What is It?
Advanced workshops designed to pick up where grant kickoff conferences left off. Topics will help 2003 through 2006 ICTP grant recipients manage their initiatives over the long-term, build interagency response capabilities, and make the most of technologies chosen to improve communications interoperability. Presentations will be combined with hands-on assistance to provide help on specifi c issues being faced.

Who Should Attend?
These workshops are designed to provide specifi c training and assistance for ICTP grant recipients responsible for policy, operations, and project management of communications interoperability efforts. Teams made up of key project and fi eld operations personnel will get the most out of the variety of subjects addressed during the workshops.

Note: These workshops are open only to ICTP award grantees. Registration is free, but attendees are responsible for their travel, lodging and related expenses, which are eligible under the COPS grant award.
