Attendees will also receive tips, suggestions and the 'do's and don'ts' of this precarious process including strategies for sole sourcing and renegotiating existing vendor agreements. Attendees will learn how to best harness the power of the technology being introduced and lead all agencies served by it to improved interoperability.
