This technical assistance conference is designed to educate 2005 Interoperable Communications Technology Program (ICTP) grant recipients in the areas of technology planning, acquisition, implementation and integration of interoperability projects.

It offers plenary and panel sessions addressing successful project planning, implementation and management; multijurisdictional governance; funding strategies; interoperability technologies; technology evaluation; performance measurement and grant management.

Please note: Attendance at the 2005 Interoperable Communications Technology Training Program is limited to COPS ICTP grantees only. Vendors and consultants will be unable to register or attend.
