Airport and Ground Transportation
The Washington, DC metropolitan area has three airports with various ground transportation options to and from the Hyatt Regency Crystal City, Arlington, VA.
- Reagan Washington National Airport: www.mwaa.com. The hotel provides complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport from 6:00 a.m. - midnight, departing the hotel every 30 minutes on the hour and half-hour. From the airport baggage claim areas, follow the signs to the hotel shuttle pickup area. The hotel is a short drive from the airport.
- Washington Dulles International Airport: www.metwashairports.com. SuperShuttle is available from the airport to the hotel for approximately $23.00 each way. For reservations, call 800-BLUEVAN or visit www.supershuttle.com.
- Baltimore/Washington International Airport: www.bwiairport.com. Super Shuttle is available from the airport to the hotel for approximately $38.00 each way. For reservations, call 800-BLUEVAN or visit www.supershuttle.com. Option: A train is also available from the airport to Union Station, Washington, DC. From Union Station, take either the Metro subway or a cab to the hotel. (A one-way cab fare is approximately $14.00.)
- The Metro: The Crystal City Metro stop is just three blocks from the Hyatt, which provides complimentary shuttle service to and from the stop from 6:00 a.m. - midnight, departing the hotel every 30 minutes on the hour and half-hour. Airline Discounted Fares
The 2004 Symposium official airlines are Delta and United. For reservations and special meeting discounts, you or your travel agent can call the 800 numbers listed below.
Note: United Air Lines is also offering special meeting discounts to government-issued airline tickets, available only when you or your travel agent calls United directly at 800-521-4041. These special discounts are NOT available for tickets booked on the Internet.

- Delta Air Lines: Call Delta Meeting Network Reservations at 800-241-6760, seven days a week, 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. (EST) and refer to File Number 198587A. Delta is offering a 5% discount off published roundtrip fares, plus an additional 5% off if you purchase your ticket 60 days or more in advance of the 2004 Symposium.

- United Air Lines: Call United at 800-521-4041, seven days a week from 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. (EST) and refer to Meeting ID Number 524AB. United is offering a 5% discount off published roundtrip fares, plus an additional 5% off if you purchase your ticket 30 days or more in advance of your travel date to the 2004 Symposium.
