What
This technical assistance conference is designed to educate 2003 Interoperable Communications Technology COPS and FEMA grant recipients about planning, acquiring, implementing and integrating technology for interoperability projects.
It will include plenary and panel sessions addressing successful project planning, implementation and management; multi-jurisdictional governance; funding strategies; licensing and permitting; interoperability technologies; voice and data integration; technology evaluation; performance measurement and grant management.
