SEARCH Welcomes Warneke to S&T Team

Shawna Warneke
For the past year, Ms. Warneke worked as an Administrative Assistant at Vanir Construction Management in Sacramento, California. She was responsible for meeting planning, inventory management, and database review. She also continued with her studies toward a master's degree in library science.
"We are delighted to welcome Shawna back to the SEARCH family," said Scott Came, Director of Systems and Technology. "As our information sharing efforts continue to expand, she will be a critical part of our service delivery to clients and partners across the nation."
SEARCH's Systems and Technology Program helps justice and public safety practitioners at all levels of government succeed with information sharing projects and initiatives, through effective and efficient use of appropriate technology. The program team provides this assistance through products and services in the areas of interoperability and systems and technology procurement and implementation, including technical assistance, training, and resource development.
Responsibilities under Ms. Warneke's new position include tracking, organizing, and coordinating Systems and Technology Program activities; preparing general correspondence; preparing required reports for granting agencies; and coordinating Programs Division on-site and in-house technical assistance requests.
Ms. Warneke holds a bachelor's degree in history from California State University, Sacramento.
