SEARCH is pleased to announce the January-June 2009 schedule of our high-tech crime investigation training courses. In all, 11 classes will be offered. (See schedule below or go online.)

The classes will be held at our National Criminal Justice Computer Laboratory and Training Center in Sacramento, California. The training, which ranges in length from one to four days, is open to criminal justice and public safety high-tech crime investigators and support staff.

The 2009 training courses are now open for registration.

"We are pleased to announce that three of the courses have been certified by the California Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) for peace officers employed by POST agencies in California," said Rich Harris, Director of SEARCH Training Services. "The certification for these courses is under POST Plan III, which entitles authorized agencies to receive POST reimbursement for travel, per diem, and course registration fees."
